• Job applications: your CV and any information you choose to send us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver services you've bought from us — performance of a contract.
• To assess job applications — our legitimate interest in recruiting.
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam — our legitimate interests.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've agreed to receive them.

Cookies

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, email info@njdigitalsolutions.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
